Where does 3Clean work?

Do you offer after-hours cleaning?
After-hours cleaning can be discussed as part of your site scope. Let us know your operating hours, preferred cleaning window, alarm procedures and access restrictions so we can confirm a workable schedule.
How does a cleaning quote work?
Tell us your service, suburb, site type, approximate size and preferred frequency. We can then discuss the scope and whether a site visit is needed before preparing a quote. Pricing depends on the work and access requirements.
What is included in an industrial clean?
An industrial scope can include crib rooms, change rooms, amenities, plant offices and shared areas. Each quote should specify the rooms, tasks and frequency. Specialist machinery, hazardous materials and restricted zones require a separate discussion.
Can you clean offices and retail spaces?
Yes. Commercial cleaning can be scoped for offices, retail, hospitality, gyms and other shared workplaces. We agree the areas, service frequency and access arrangements with you.

Airbnb and short-stay turnover enquiries are welcome for Fremantle, Cockburn and surrounding southern suburbs. Send your listing details and typical changeover window so we can confirm availability.
Can you work around shift changes?
Tell us when staff use the crib rooms, amenities and access routes. We can discuss a cleaning window around your shifts and include the agreed arrangements in the scope.
Are insurance and staff checks available to review?
Ask us to confirm the current insurance documentation and the screening requirements relevant to your site before work starts. Policy details, cover limits and individual clearances should be verified during onboarding.
Is linen included in Airbnb cleaning?
Linen supply, laundering and bed changes need to be agreed as part of the turnover scope. Let us know the number of beds, where clean linen is kept and how used linen should be handled.
Can consumables be included?
Tell us if you need items such as toilet paper, soap or bin liners checked or replenished. The quote should distinguish cleaning work from the supply and cost of consumables.
Do you offer one-off and regular cleaning?
You can enquire about both one-off work and regular services. The right frequency depends on usage, site size and the standard you need between cleans.
What should I prepare for a site visit?
A room list or floor plan, current cleaning scope, access instructions, preferred hours and any site-specific induction requirements will help. Point out the areas that need extra attention.
Do you clean before and after events?
We can discuss cleaning before an event, during the event or afterwards. Include setup times, guest numbers, venue rules and the deadline for handing the space back.
Can I send photos with my enquiry?
Yes. Add up to three JPEG, PNG or WebP photos in the online quote form, up to 5 MB each and 12 MB total. Please avoid people, access codes or sensitive site information without permission.
